The Department of Economics at Macquarie University is one of the largest economics schools in Australia with highly qualified staff possessing a wealth of international experience gained at some of the world's most prestigious universities, businesses and government organisations. 

Our undergraduate degree structure is extremely flexible satisfying the academic requirements of the degree, whilst reflecting the interests and aspirations of the student. The Department offers good opportunities for postgraduate study through an integrated Masters program and the Faculty offers generous financial support for research degree study.
