Alumni and Friends of the Department of Economics

A warm welcome is extended to all Department of Economics Alumni and Friends.

Our aim is to provide you with networking activities to re-establish old and form new friendships, to continue your educational development through lectures and seminars and  to present you with a forum for you to share your career developments and achievements.

Alumni are also encouraged to visit the Division of EFS website often, where you will find information on interesting alumni news and research developments taking place within the Division of Economic and Financial Studies and details of the free seminars that you may like to attend. The Economics Department hosts Research Seminars frequently that you are welcome to attend to keep you at the cutting edge of research and developments in your field of interest.

So that we can facilitate networking and contact you when items and seminars of interest are available, we encourage you to keep your details up to date. The Alumni Office website provides an exclusive list of benefits for our alumni and if you register they can ensure that you receive Sirius - the alumni newsletter. Details of student awards and alumni awards are also on the site, together with information on international and national alumni networking chapters, information to assist alumni donations and the opportunity to purchase merchandise.

Alumni are invited to relevant seminars and alumni events, where you can network among colleagues and professionals with like interests. It will not take very long to register, and of course your privacy will be protected.
